Friendship Groups are established through partnerships between:
- Mental Health Partners
A professional from a mental health service provider, such as the NHS, Social Services or MIND, works collaboratively with church partners to establish Friendship Groups.
- Church Partners
A co-group facilitator works with the mental health professional to initially establish the group, after which a Volunteer Group Development Worker oversees the weekly Friendship Groups.
